The salesperson was very helpful. Have yet to receive my flooring though, despite being told it was due to arrive sometime last week.
Was able to talk to the same nice salesman ( Kyle?) who was able to track down what happened to my order. Will increase the stars based on Kyle's helpfulness. Still holding back a star since I can't judge a product I don't have. The request for a review before the product was delivered made me worried that my flooring had been misdelivered somewhere else.

This company scheduled an install, never showed up, claimed the installer called twice that morning (they did no such thing- it's 2018, we all have call logs on our phones) and when we told them we were up waiting since 6 am with no phone calls, the manager Larry had the nerve to tell us we should have answered our phone, that he wasn't sure when he had another date open. Just the beginning of their unique brand of customer service! After asking to speak to regional managers about the treatment, store manager miraculously found a random guy they sent all by himself to install 800 sq feet

Clearly I should have read the reviews before coming to this place. I walked into this location and there were two employees and one manager sitting at their desks. Both employees immediate started squabbling about not wanting to help me because it wasn't their turn to help the next customer. There were no other customers in the showroom so I stood there for a few minutes watching them fight over who didn't want to help me more. Then the carpet viewing process was pretty seamless. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran who has been ill for 40 years. Yes that is a long time and has been extremely difficult to deal with. I bought a small condo with money from my parents estate and now it needed carpet. I looked around at several locations and decided that I would get some estimates from the Carpet Mill Store on Quincy/Parker Road. The salesman Matt was a nervous nanny and that should have given me a clue. We ordered our carpet from the Carpet Mill salesman who came to our house with samples, Greg Cheatwood. The carpet came on time -- we carpeted two bedrooms,two closets, a living room, a dining room, and a few hallways. Only 2 years later, we had rolls of carpet here and there, which meant the carpet needed to be re-stretched. I had asked Greg about this before we purchased, and he said that we had a "Lifetime Carpet Installation Guarantee," and they would come back at any time to re-stretch it, if needed. Any time!! I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs to buy flooring or carpeting as their customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their product. I bought expensive carpeting from them and it started to look worn after 6months; it took almost 3 months for them to send someone out to look at it and they told me it was just too bad and that it was normal wear and tear. We have 1 cat and no children in our house so it was ridiculous. I had the carpet dhampooed and treated and even the carpet cleaners couldn't believe it!
