The design service we got was fairly poorly done and dated.

I have been working with Pulse Global / Tim Nugent for many years. They are extremely competent / well equipped in all areas of project management / product design. Pulse Global is very knowledgeable in a wide range of products and is very current with trends / technology. I have worked with several design firms over many years in the engineering business and Pulse Global is second to none!

Simply put, Tim and his team are great! What started as a simple product ID project turned into many more projects both large and small. The team's knowledge of manufacturing processes coupled with modern design aesthetics and strong materials knowledge took our products and projects far beyond where we thought possible. Pulse always felt like part of the internal team and worked hard to accommodate our crazy timelines and requirements. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I led a medical device startup that needed significant help with both hardware and software for a complex implantable product. My CTO and I were familiar with Tim and Pulse and engaged them to create design concepts, analyze use models, prototype and model various designs and ultimately to help us with the pre-clinical version of both the patient charger for the device and the core programming software that operated in an iOS environment. I initially went to Pulse looking for design work on a product concept I had. Once we started working together, I quickly realized how capable Pulse Design Group really is. Their knowledge in design and manufacturing has taken my product to the next level. Their expertise doesn't stop there! They are also handling the fundamental marketing aspects of my new business, i.e.- logo design, branding, website, and more... As well as assisting me in finding the right manufacturers both locally and abroad.

Tim and his crew were great to work with. They pushed the envelope on design while maintaining an intimate knowledge of our customers' needs to ensure we did not push too far. Tim understands tight timelines and always exceeded our expectations.

Never ever trust this company. I asked this company to work on one of my projects. They charged me a lot, put me on hold for a long time, and never could finish the project. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Just try this company if you want to be charged a lot, and see your project is dying gradually.
