Our condenser was making a weird noise while running. I called Dats Cold because we used them in 2019 and they were great. Of course when Joe came the noise wasn’t happening. He was able to find a couple problems that were likely the cause. He got everything fixed up and we haven’t had any weird noises since! I had him come back to do some preventative maintenance.
Joe was awesome at explaining everything to me. He also did a great job with my two very curious kids.

I contacted this service and spoke with him a couple times. When he came to look at my ac the computer board was fried for the fan controller. He hacked and wired me ac with a cheap part just to make the ac work which was ok at the time. He said when i got the new computer board he would come back and instal it with the wiring fixed back to original. So I've been contacting him for tabout a month now with absolutely no response. Ive left voice messages and text messages like his answering machine requests. So since he wont return ive been quoted a crazy expensive price to repair it and till then
