I am Rolando Garcia. I'm the owner of Universal Floors and More Inc., a family owned and operated business with over 23 years experience in my field. At the age of 13, I started working after school with my uncle, a flooring installer and painter. I eventually took some business courses at Miami-Dade college and started my own business in flooring installation.
In the last two years I have expanded my growing business to serve the needs of the community by adding kitchen and bath remodels, painting, finish carpentry and waterproofing. My wife Luisa is a nurse practitioner and does my website design, marketing, photography and taxes! My future goal is to open up a flooring sales and installation store and make it a one stop shop for kitchen, bathroom, and patio remodeling.

Rolando and his team are hard working people. He goes the extra mile to ensure that he uses good quality products on the floor. He will inspect the product and will return it if it is defected. He will take the time to inspect the product one by one if needed to ensure it is in top condition before delivering it to the job site. He is well knowledge on installing floors. The only advice I give to people, especially if you are in a fixed budget, is to remove the carpet and padding first before getting any initial quote in case the floor needs repair before installing the tiles like it did in my
