My wife and I were apprehensive about having a new roof put on our home, but our old roof was leaking, sagging in some areas, and badly in need of replacement. Edwards & Sons came highly recommended from a few different family members who had a great experience with them.
Soon after we called them, the company sent someone out to look at the old roof and give us an estimate for a new one. Our experience with Edwards and Sons was excellent from the beginning, from the free estimate to the post installation inspection. They were extremely responsive to all our questions and satisfactorily addressed all our concerns. They were very accommodating, working around our schedule to make it convenient. The work crew was remarkable, they were fast, thorough and took care to ensure the disruption was minimized. They did a great job of cleaning up after the fact and made sure we were satisfied. Mr. Schaller was professional, accommodating and emphasized the importance for us to be satisfied
