Burt called prior to arrival. When he arrived and was professional and courteous. He not only inspected every possible problem with the unit, he also easily explained what he was finding. Burt found the issue and the charge was very reasonable for the work done. He was very friendly and ensured he followed up after his visit. I will use this company in the future for any heating and cooling issues.

A service member was driving in the port royal area in liberty point housing last week, i guess he didnt think he needed to stop at the stop sign at patriot and mission even with the kids walking to the school bus. this happened around 730ish am. i was the white suv who stopped in front of you so you didnt hit the girl crossing the street. i didnt get any information on the driver except that it was a older guy with dark hair. please pay attention to your driving especially when you are in a residential area around our children.

I contacted this company about getting a quote in regards to a small renovation I was planning, and needed assistance with obtaining the permit. I was told I needed a whole new system, so I purchased a whole new system, but then when the work was complete and I still had not received the items I needed for the permit (the initial reason for… contacting them) I was told I needed to pay the total, I refused until I received everything I was promised. Then I was accidentally copied in an email between the manager and the owner of the company talking crap about me and my finances. Neither one
