Dr. Hannah Gray Carter grew up in Star City and returned to her hometown in 2019 after completing dental school. She is passionate about serving the people of southeast Arkansas: whether she is getting someone out of pain or giving another person a new smile, Dr. Carter finds every day and each interaction to be rewarding.
