Some of the major contracts currently underway or recently completed are summarized below. XCEL provides support for active military facilities and Formerly Used Defense sites in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Through this contract, XCEL is also providing environmental services to the U.S. Army Reserve, IRP, and BRAC facilities nationwide.
Under two separate five-year IDIQ Environmental A/E Services contracts with the USACE - Louisville District totaling $14 million, XCEL provides support for active military facilities and Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. XCEL is also providing these services to the U.S. Army Reserve, IRP, and BRAC facilities nationwide.
XCEL provides facility maintenance and custodial services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, acting on behalf of the U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Commands, for their leased spaces in Flordia.
XCEL provides dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, window washing, floor waxing, carpet cleaning, and supply re-stocking for offices, work areas, entranceways, restrooms, storage rooms, and other common areas, as well as ceiling tile replacement and re-lamping.
