I've been going to this Dentist Office since 2015. My first appointment was because I needed to extract one of my teeth and I couldn't get an appointment anywhere, but when I called Cosmetic Dentistry they fit me right in, right away. I was very impressed that the staff was very helpful and friendly. I also was impressed that the doctors (as I've seen both) took care of what I needed at that time and I was pain-free. They also didn't put any pressure for me to come back or try to find something wrong for me to have to come back. I came back because of the great service, staff and how welcoming

I have been a customer at Commerce Park Cosmetic Dentistry since I was 5 years old. I am not 28 years old and have continued to be a loyal customer, unfortunately, this loyalty was cut short on part of the Cosmetic Dentistry's unnecessary policy to charge a customer for missing an appointment, regardless of the reason. I missed an early morning appointent due to a stomach virus, and this company, despite my long history as patient disregarded my illness and simply stated I was already charged the 25 dollar fee. Vicki at the front desk was not helpful and I am highly disaapointed and dissatisfied
