This is by far the worst accountant ever. She had us fill out a power of attorney with her so she could work with the irs and told me to not pay the irs while she handled it. She then completely abandoned us and wouldn't return our many phone calls. I also found out today that she had us filed as an inc when we are an llc. That seems like a very amateur error. My new accountant is appalled at her incompetence. And as for professionalism - she didn't call us back after many calls a d happened to never be there when we came by. Set appointment on 9/20 for 9/23 appt, received call from Michelle 9/22 to reschedule for following Thursday. After expressing concern about meeting 10/15 deadline for filing taxes (having filed for an extension), she fit me in for Monday, 9/27/2021.
I met with Terri and reviewed our complicated (to me) taxes, dropped off our files, and she said she would work on our taxes, then after, help with another tax situation.
After emailing Terri twice and not getting a response, I called in but Terri was with a client so I left a message for her to please return my call. Crickets.
