Horizon Pharmacy LTC has a full-time, benefited position available in our Grand Rapids, MI location. Prepare medications under the direction of a pharmacist. Count out, label, and record amounts and dosages of medications according to prescription orders. Accurately process and package prescriptions for patients in a fast pace multifaceted pharmacy environment.
Kalamazoo Long Term Care Pharmacy is introducing a F329 Mock Survey Service for "Unnecessary Medications." Simply stated, it is the duty of your Consultant Pharmacist to make sure that your facility will be found citation free in regards to the use of "Unnecessary Medications." This mock survey offers the Long Term Care Facility a way to ascertain that the Consultant Pharmacist is effectively completing their duties.

Very disappointed in this company. We have not used this pharmacy since 2015 yet we just received a huge bill that was supposedly mailed out in error due to their use of a new billing service. They said that invalid bills went out to many of their patient/customer base. That being the case, they are probably in for a huge windfall since the people paying the bills on behalf of elderly patients (their primary customer) will no doubt go ahead and pay them anyway.
