The mortgage process was OK. After that, they sold my mortgage to another loaner and did not update the information to the insurance company. The consequence was that the new loaner could not receive the bill from the insurance company and did not pay. I had to pay extra $1000 for no insurance because of their fault.

Do not make the mistake of using this company no matter how tempting their rates are. Worst experience ever and it’s still not over for me. They have been processing my refinance for over 90 days now. They literally just decided they want to order an appraisal today! This is something that should have been ordered since if they wanted one. In addition, they constantly ask me to send documents I sent again. It’s like they have poor document handling internally. I am sad I started this process and I am just praying I get through it. To make it worse, they charge your card this hidden charge of
