Had a room and hallway cleaned. A very high foot traffic area that was very dirty! I’ve used them before on very good carpets and tile as maintenance in my AZ homes. I was happy to see them operating in Idaho. I had my doubts they could improve the area much. They vastly improved the carpet! The high traffic area looks so much better!!! You can’t see the variance with the non-traffic area. Very happy with the results!

Critical: Professionalism
I was quoted $350 max over the phone with the Valpac coupon. The technician came out and said it is actually $3,000! I feel like we were scammed, which left us in a bind since we are trying to sell our house. Ridiculous! There are so many other quality carpet cleaners around here that I would 100% recommend over this company.
