Everyone's path is unique and I am here to walk beside you on this journey of self discovery. My passion is working with dreams as they give us the map of where we were, where we are now and how to proceed. My clients have made fascinating discoveries through exploring how their dreams not only reflect their own story of loss but offer guidance, wisdom and hope.
Because dreams can go to the core of issues, I use a gentle approach and encourage clients to explore at their own pace. I also use holistic, mindful and transpersonal practices that includes working with ancestral wounding, archetypal & depth work and expressive arts, tools that empower clients to be the hero of their own story.

Services
As a licensed psychotherapist, I provide individual, couples, and group counseling for a diverse clientele who struggle with loss and grief in all its forms. And over the years, I've developed holistic techniques including: dreamwork, ancestral healing, journey & myth work and expressive arts that empower people to make more mindful changes in their lives.
Whether you experienced a loss or are anticipating one, I am here to support you. As a therapist, I help clients enlarge their capacity for grief, help facilitate their ability to cope with their loss and join with them in their beliefs to a place of comfort, peace and hope in the face of the complex mysteries of life.
I have been a prolific dreamer since childhood and have kept dream journals for over 30 years. Through my own personal practices, I discovered the remarkable potential of dreams. Since everybody dreams, then we all have access to the wise and healing messages there; as well as the dream's transformative possibilities as "good medicine."
For Joseph Campbell in his Monomyth or Hero's Journey, the hero cannot fully transform until he or she has ventured into the Underworld. In many myths this can be the form of a dark forest, barren desert, mountain, cave, and even Hades or Hell itself. For many of my clients, the death of a loved one is often described as a dark forest, a black hole, or a wilderness.
Group counseling can be a powerful and valuable place for healing and growth. It is the desire of your group facilitator(s) that you reap all the benefits group has to offer. Our grief groups offer a communal sense of belonging for children, teens and adults to find the support they need from others who have also experienced either the death of someone close or disenfranchised grief; a loss that is often not recognized in our society.
