DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Office manager is never in the office until rent is due!! Repairs are never made, mold and mildew in all of the windows… no pest control, pool hasn’t worked for over 2 years, parking lot is horrible so many pot holes always broken glass. No one picks up trash around the property, the playground is filthy never gets cleaned or sanitized! All the cabinets doors fall apart! I could keep going but I’m sure the picture is clear stay away!!!!

Poor maintainence that RIP people off when move out in good standings. Charge people for mold that wasnt there fault. Never fix items in the apartment,we fixed a couple of items in apartment but they sent a bill to collection agency without notifying us first. I would not recommend this apartment and the manager is never in office when rent is due. She also never has a smile on face.i wouldn't even give one star to them. For water to get even warm in kitchen sink you had to leave it running for a good 5 minutes. They might as well not have dishwasher due to no hot water issues. I could go on but

Decent place, BUT, don't get caught over there if it rains. Someone needs to fix the potholes and the sunken street. You'd think all that money collected for that high rent someone could get that fixed. It makes the entire apartment look bad. I don't go there when it rains I'm afraid I won't get out until the water goes down, and I have a suv
