Dr. Malik received his Master of Public Health from East Tennessee State University before moving to Boston and earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2009. He is currently serving the troops in the US Army Reserves. Dr. Malik also practices in Massachusetts and believes in offering state-of-the-art, comprehensive care tailored to fit into the lives and budget of his patients.

The dental hygienist was great and the Doctor was too, my issue is with the front staff and their disorganization and not answering calls and not very communicative after asking the questions you ask. I feel that they just send bills without explanation, even after I specifically asked the day of my appointment if there was a cost. Wasn’t thrilled to receive a bill of almost $200 2 weeks later, so why have insurance if you have to come out of pocket. *** They did redeem themselves a bit when they finally answered my call and help me understand things a bit more but why all the hoop jumping. Office staff are very friendly and professional and always answers your questions . The two dentists are awesome . Having fillings done today with a female dentist she was very gentle and very thorough. She apologized for taking me in late but she made it work so I could get my bus . The office is very clean and also bathroom and having a tv and music adds to the relaxation in anticipation of sitting in the dental chair . I am afraid of going but your office makes it easy because you are all wonderful and you make sure we go out with a smile 😊

After reading many positive reviews I chose to give Southbridge Family Dental a try. They did not fail me. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and were careful. I’ve had bad experiences at other dentist office where they leave me in pain for a week or more, but Southbridge Family Dental was so great and careful that I do not feel any pain or discomfort 😊 Also, great taste in music 😁
