First let me say, I have been with State Farm for over 10 years. In the past they have called, emailed, and kept me in the loop on account changes and such. I recently discovered that they had cancelled my policy with not so much as an email or text, or even phone call. I had apparently only received a single letter that I had missed - I admit my fault, but the level of unprofessionalism in wanting to keep a customer of over 10 years with having never had an incident or missed a payment the entire time left me baffled. Lucas at the office in Blacksburg, VA was a great help. He got my auto insurance premium lower than I was paying at my previous insurance provider. I had been with that company for twenty years and they never treated me as nicely as Lucas has. If the customer service from my experience signing up is any indication I'm going to love State Farm!

Chris is pleasant and takes time to discuss the topic at hand. He is honest and doesn't try to steer me in a direction that is not in my best interest.
