Services
Call the police and get a report filed. If the police will not respond, exchange insurance information and get a written statement from all parties involved as well as witnesses and detailed photos of damages. If not drivable, call us and we will arrange to have your vehicle towed to our shop. No, you do not need to schedule an appointment for an estimate.
A qualified service advisor will do a complete walk around with the customer to ensure that all damage is listed on the original estimate and also to check for any existing damage. The advisor will also go over payment options. Certified Auto Body Center will assign your vehicle to a technician to disassemble the damaged areas of your vehicle and order parts as needed.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm. We are available after hours and weekends for towing service only by calling 702-564-1180. Please mention Certified Auto Body Center when requesting a tow to our shop. Your vehicle will be secured and a service advisor will contact you the next business day.

Thank you Certified Auto Body for fixing the damage to my passenger side door. It looks like nothing ever happened! I also appreciate how the car was washed and small blemishes buffed out. Every person I spoke with was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They made something as stressful as a car accident so much easier and gave me a very clear picture of what to expect. I was updated consistently and was never left wondering what was going on with my vehicle. Everyone was amazing, but Branden in particular took great care of me and is an absolute asset to this team! Brought my car here for a touch up it was suppose to take 3 days but when i first got it the paint wasn't done correctly. then when i finally got it. i saw that they drove my car to full boost (14.3psi) behind my back while still on the break in period i have never drove my car to more than 9psi. looking forward to this incident some of my trim clip on the car is also missing when i picked it up.
i informed the owner, curtis, and all i got was a sorry. they should take care of their customer's car at all times. it
makes me upset whenever i remember it.

I had numerous surface scratchers across my passenger door that was caused by someone's metal button on their jeans. I went into Certified Auto Body Center to get an estimate to remove these scratches. I had never been there before, and I was amazed how pristine, clean, and professional this business was. Shelby was the gentleman that came out to give me an estimate. Instead of an estimate, Shelby grabbed a handheld buffer, and removed the scratches from my door within 2 minutes. He is the sweetest man ever! His small act of kindness, completely changed my day. Now that is great customer service

Certified was a "preferred shop" by my insurance company. I've had two episodes of road rash hitting my car on freeways, and one recent parking lot hit and run, so I've used Certified now for the third time. Excellent work by Kurtis and his crew. Their work looks great. They told me it would take about three days....it took two. Nice! Car was washed when work was completed, and a paper floor mat on the drivers side to keep it looking almost showroom new. Insurance matters, rental car loaner, and shuttle ride to Enterprise all handled by Certified. Nice work! Couldn't ask for more.

Certified did awesome work on my car and were very patient with me. When an incident outside of their control caused further damage they fixed the issue and made me whole before I was even aware of the event. They were honest and upfront, would definitely recommend. I was referred here from my auto dealer. I had some minor damage on my rear quarter panel. Brought it in and the price was way better than the other places I had visited. They are professional and provided me with regular updates on the status of the vehicle. There were no hidden surprises, no price increases or any funny business.
