Hardwoods had bucked within first 8 months and we had to rip a portion of it up and buy new (which didn’t match even though we were told it was from the same run) for that space now all through the house is separating. Bad quality. We paid big price for quality that we didn’t receive. We used another company down the road before for hardwoods in our last house and had no issues at all. Will not use this company again nor will I recommend. So disappointed.

Awesome experience in Dalton! I got a great deal on carpet for my family room. The warehouse was clean and orderly. It was a pleasure working with Ed who is knowledgeable, attentive and just a great person. An additional thank you to Tony and Bruce for rolling out the carpet for my inspection, as well as loading and strapping it down in my truck for a safe ride back to Powder Springs. All-in-all, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Becklers Carpet Outlet to anyone looking for flooring.

Nice people, pretty fair prices. Only problem I had was when my floor arrived (1800 lbs of it), there was no way to get it off the truck because a lift gate wasn't ordered and I had to pay extra to have it unloaded. This should have been something the representative knew to set up when they took my order. I was told that the customer usually unloads the truck? They apologized, but I was left having to pay extra for something I felt should have been included.
