Our experience with The TentMan couldn't have been better. We planned a small outdoor wedding due to Covid, with 18 guests. We ordered two tents with flooring, 20 chairs, 5 tables and linens from The TentMan.
From the start, the interactions were great. My wife dealt with Alysia in the office, who helped us figure out the best sizes and arrangements of the tents (the planner on their website was also useful for this). I called to possibly use their tents for a wedding in October 2021. The first time I called o understood wouldn’t have price details off hand but was assured that the venue they have worked before and knew the area so could get me a estimate. Well three weeks go by and haven’t heard a thing. So I called back snd explained the situation to the receptionist (or whoever answered the phones that day) and was told well we aren’t thinking that far out in advance, we are only worried about stuff happening now. BE AWARE. I have been loyal to this company for years. I started using them in 2011 for my annual Christmas Party and have every year after that. The owners wife always had me in the books for first weekend in December and never had a problem until this year. I had to call them twice and finally got a phone call today to inform me that they would not be able to do my annual Christmas Party this year. To say the least I was beyond shocked considering the party is a little over two weeks away.... No explanation just we want be able to do it this year. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER LOYALITY!!!! If

We have used Tent Man for our small 40th birthday celebration and for a larger-ish fundraiser for a non-profit. We usually rent linens and tables/chairs. I chose Tent Man in October for my April wedding, and we verbally agreed that he would handle my April wedding. Then, in December I emailed to ask a question and was told they were working a larger event and no longer available. More details below if you care to read.
They came out and measured and we agreed to work with one another. I asked a question via email after receiving the estimate and they never responded. Strange, but I figured they were busy and would get back to me when they could.
