Amazing service for Long term care. Bob, the owner, will go above and beyond to make sure assisted living facilities are up to code and their technology up to par. Billing department is on top of all insurance issues and they always have 2-3 pharmacist on staff for any questions from patients.
They also offer bubble packing and strip packaging for medications with delivery at no extra cost!
Dont see any other pharmacy offering the value adds that Yorba Linda Pharmacy is. Great stuff!!!

Love the customer service. They are so nice and understanding. My Grandma used them for a while. I loved how specific the bubble packs are per day, am/noon/pm. Also, I called to ask a billing question and Hasinda always got back to me or even the owner Bob who went out of his way to make sure my Grandma got her meds when I accidentally forgot to call on time for refills. Also, I didn't understand how the insurance part of billing was on my statement and Hasinda broke it down for me and made all the calls to make sure my Grandma had everything she needed. I work at a senior care community who is contracted with Yorba Linda Pharmacy, and let me tell you this is the best and most personable LTC pharmacy I have ever worked with! We have used a couple of different pharmacies over the years, and our residents agree with us that this is the best one out there!
The owner Bob is very hands-on and will always work with you to make sure your residents are well-cared for, and that they always have their medications. If a resident is paying less for a prescription, Bob will work with families/residents to best accommodate them. They deliver every day throughout

I use this pharmacy for a family member, and they do a pretty good job, but, the sole reason why I'm giving it two-stars is because for over a year, their online account site is broken. When I login, it refuses payments. It doesn't track my account history, even though you can tell it was designed to do so. When I've complained over the phone, they always apologize and tell me someone is working on it- for over a year? I don't like writing checks or paying over the phone, so this is really inconvenient. Otherwise, I recommend them.

My husband was in an assisted living facility..so Y.L. Pharmacy was contracted with them. I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy's billing. During my time of grief I have spent way too much effort trying to straighten this out with emails and phone calls. I did send a check for an agreed amount and thought everything was settled. And then they even billed for items after my husband was deceased! Also, billed for items after my husband was in hospice! Seniors, beware! Yorba Linda Pharmacy is another business that tries to rip us off. My mother is at a senior care facility that recently switched to using this pharmacy. However, because she's in hospice, her medication comes from a different pharmacy. When I received a bill from Yorba Linda, I sent them an e-mail, explaining the situation. The person who responded to the e-mail claimed that the hospice was ordering my mother's medication through them. When I checked with my case manager for hospice, she said it wasn't true. Ripping off the elderly. We have to use this pharmacy do to them being contracted with the assisted living home my parents reside in. To cut the amount paid to them by 2/3's. This pharmacy agreed to fill my parents prescriptions every 90 days instead of every 30 days as long as I had it approved through the primary insurance carrier. After doing so they continued to fill the prescription every 30 days for over 6 months--- each time billing after the prescriptions were filled and promising to start the 90 day schedule the next month. As an owner of a Board & Care for the Elderly, customer service and accuracy is important. It's nice that Y.L.P. is able to bubble pack all our medications, but too many bubbles have missing medications, and some bubbles have too many, but overall in a 31 day cycle we had days missing. Mistakes like this happen, but things get even worse:

This is not a pharmacy for the public. It is a pharmacy that serves area residents residing in assisted living facilities and board and care homes. They provided all prescriptions for my parents for the last several years. A driver delivers their prescriptions. I highly recommended using this company if you have an elderly family member in a board and care home if the owner does not handle the prescriptions. They are professional, service-oriented, and very easy to deal with.
