Our small but efficient staff at the office of Drew R. Wiltman, DDS, has extensive experience in the dental field. Karen has been in dentistry for over 39 years. She started first as a dental assistant. She has been a registered dental hygienist for over 34 years. She graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 1983.
At your new patient visit, we will take measurements of your gums' pockets to assess their health. If your periodontal pockets are 4mm or deeper and exhibits bleeding upon probing, additional periodontal treatment will be recommended. It is important to have optimal gingival health because if not, you run the risk of major overall issues.

After avoiding dentists for about seven years, I called Dr. Wiltman's office in pain last year. They got me in the next day and took care of me. Since then, I've been here more than ten times getting my nasty rotten teeth fixed. Everyone in the office has a really pleasant demeanor and is pretty easing going. Leah runs the front office. She's nice and has an answer for anything related to scheduling, billing or insurance. Debbie is the dental assistant. She knows what to do, is knowledgeable about the procedures and is generally up for a chat, but not pushy about it. Dr. Wiltman is friendly and

We have been patients of Dr. Drew’s for twenty years. My three kids included. I can’t say enough about the care and personal touch from all of Dr. Drew’s staff! They are simply the best. None of my children have had cavities and our eldest is 22! Their pricing for services can’t be beat. The do everything they can to make it an enjoyable experience while in their care. So grateful to them through all the years!

I have been going to Dr. Wiltman for over 30 years! I have never had a bad experience. The staff are wonderful, very kind and welcoming. Dr. Wiltman is an excellent dentist, very gentle and caring. I have had a lot of dental work over the years and have never had a problem. He has recently done a great job transforming my smile into what I have always wanted! I highly recommend Dr. Wiltman and his awesome staff! They are the best!!!

Dr.Wiltman’s office is awesome!! Him and his assistants are great! I am bad about going to the dentist and always fear it. This was my first time in probably about 5-7 years. All of the people here are very warm, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable. I was very nervous at first, but I felt better after being here for a while and now I feel way more comfortable going to the dentist. I will definitely keep coming to this office! I would recommend to anyone!

Dr Wiltman has been my life saver. I had extreme fear of dentists due to an awful dentist in my childhood that eventually lost his license and hadn't been to a dentist in probably 8 years when I met him. I wasn't ever going back and Dr Wiltman convinced me he could help me with my severely infected tooth. I trusted him and went...that was in 1996 and I have gone to him minimum 3x/year since. He and his team understand my anxiety, treat me like family and are all around fantastic! Many cleanings & crowns later I can tell you I've lived east & west in Cleveland and would drive to Westlake

I was very nervous and found comfort in the skill of Dr. Wiltman and his excellent, caring staff. I had a unique situation with failing root canals in my front teeth. He knew his limitations and referred me to qualified specialist dental professionals when needed. Dr. Wiltman's most impressive skill is his attention to detail. I would just like to say that Dr. Drew Wiltman was great, very gentle. But some of his staff/receptionist/dental assistant are very rude and needs training in customer service. The receptionist/dental assistant hung up the phone on me during our conversation because I requested copies of my x-rays. So now they lost me, my husband and my daughter as customers.
