Guests will be greeted at the entrance. If the salon is at capacity guests will be asked to wait in their car and a text message will be sent when the stylist is ready for you. Employees will wear protective masks and guests are encouraged to wear their own to their appointment. I have been here a total of two times, my first experience was when my friend was still working here, but she moved away; I didn't know that with her being gone that my second experience would be a bad one. My stylist didn't even know what she was doing, a large amount of time was spent on her asking the other stylists what to color my hair and how to color it, so I knew right then and there that coming here again was going to be a mistake. I already knew what I wanted for a hair color, but they insisted on doing it their way, sectioned my hair and colored it 4 different colors, the top layer being
