Didn't return phone calls. When I would finally talk to the owner Phil he would lie and say I sent you an email when he didn't. Didn't show up to do my floor on dates promised and never called to reschedule or to say he wasn't coming. I lost count of how many dates were broken. When they finally showed up to do my floor they did the wrong color. They tried to tell me that every floor doesn't come out the same. Then he blamed the wrong color on where they got the product when actually they mixed the wrong color themselves. Phil lied to me. He also charged me for the materials for the second time

I redid my garage walls, shelving and track systems, and Philadelphia Epoxy Flooring helped me achieve what I was looking for in finishing the project with new flooring. They were punctual and responsive to my questions. The floor came out great, and I’m looking forward to getting plenty of use out of it.
