It started back in the early 80's, working for my uncle as an assistant / apprentice. He owned a well-known plumbing and heating company in the metro Detroit area. Always working hard, I paid close attention for troubleshooting repairs and installations in both old and newer homes / buildings. While working, I also attended school for theory and codes for plumbing and HVAC.
After finishing school, I opened up my own company with just one truck. I trained my family members in the field as well, keeping all work family owned and operated, avoiding sub contractors. Called affordable on a Friday night about our water heater not heating water. He answered even though it was around 7pm and advise he could help, came out the following day Saturday to replace and haul away the old tank. Also replaced undersized and outdated venting. Definitely recommend.

Called late Tuesday. I told them I had no heat. They asked if I wanted someone that day or first thing in the morning. It wasn’t real cold so I said the morning was fine. They called me first thing in the morning. They came right over and fix my furnace. The price was excellent. They both were wearing covid mask when they showed up. Very pleased.
