I've personal attend several services here over the past 20 plus years and I can say without a doubt that they are the most professional group you'd ever want to deal with in your time of grief.Their establishment is absolutely beautiful, which features a stunning 100 plus year old stair case. They also have two chapels for extra accommodation.

My youngest brother passed away 1600 miles away from me so I had no idea what to expect from this funeral home. Erin not only sent important emails to my oldest brother, but also gave me her work and personal cell number and told me I could call any time. Julie set me up with grief texts that also helped. My husband went up there to get my brother's ashes and death certificates and was treated with respect from everyone he encountered. It's hard enough dealing with the loss of a family member, but being in a different state had me worried. They put all of my worries at ease and treated us like

My mother recently passed away. As always when dealing with Betz Funeral Home their service was professional, respectful and compassionate.
Erin Salie was wonderful to work with. We pre-planned Mom's funeral and Erin made a difficult process so much easier. The day of the funeral Erin was never far away and was so very supportive.

Please avoid this place like the plague! I have never been spoken to with such utter disdain by anyone in customer service in my life. Before I even spoke I was greeted with a tone that told me very clearly that I was an annoyance and a waste of their time. I simply asked about documentation of my family member's passing and was half laughed at while being told "I don't do that. ". I have been mourning my loved one's passing and speaking to this representative who is supposed to understand grief and loss made me relive the trauma of losing my loved one all over again because of the representatives
