Randy Brekke started his career in commercial real estate in 1979 at McMasters and Westland.
Brekke Real Estate, Inc. is located on Standiford Avenue in Modesto, but handles client interests throughout the Central Valley and beyond. From the North (Hwy 99): Take the Beckwith Rd/Standiford Ave Exit, turn left. Follow Standiford over the freeway and continue forward until you reach 1500 Standiford, turn right.

Please do not do business with this company.
I viewed one unit, applied, and was approved. I was told I had a certain timeframe/deadline to make a decision. I called on the last day of my deadline to tell them that I wanted to accept the lease terms. I was told that they rented the property out from underneath me to somebody else because I took too long to decide. During the same phone call I was told that Brekke was evicting another unit that day, and I could have that unit when it was ready. Before I even moved in I told Megan and Tina that I had concerns about how dark and unsafe the property

My wife and I were good tenants of Brekke for four years. At the end of our agreement we moved out of the state, but we were nice enough to find someone to take over. Almost a year later they had not returned our deposit and when contacted they said they just sent it (to our old address and they knew we had moved).
When we got the check it was for 1/3 the original amount and had the name of the new tenant on it as well. Obviously we cannot deposit the check so we have to send it via mail to the new tenant who had already taken 6 weeks to get it here in the first place.
