I started Quality Roofing in 1979 as a one-man operation in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, serving mainly the Ocean County, NJ area. As my business grew I gradually added employees, but purposely kept the crew small to maintain a high level of workmanship. In 1988, I moved to Colts Neck, NJ and expanded my business into Monmouth County.
To this day, I have kept my company small and I personally work on your roof, as I always have. Today, Quality Roofing is made up of myself, my wife Audrey, and our son, David J. Spader, II. We do not use subcontractors. If you choose Quality Roofing for your roofing needs, you will have myself and/or my son working on your roof.

Licensed and insured, we are a small local family owned & operated roofer located in Colts Neck NJ. We specialize only in roofs, unlike many of our competitors who also handle siding, windows, and other areas of construction.
Dear David, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to you and your wife for the level of professionalism, workmanship and courtesy with which you treat your clients. As you know we experienced a severe leak each time it rained. I had a number of roofers and other trade people look at the roof and not one of them gave me the confidence or commitment that they could resolve this problem.

I have called many many times, , left messages, e mailed also . Minimal response, " sure I might come wed , or thur " no show no calls , I keep trying but nothing . No interest in the job, Could be it was too small for him, maybe too busy , maybe he just can do that work. He returned my 1 call of 12-15 calls , and still after over a month nothing. find your self someone else . This has been going on for over a month, I am done begging to come see my roof for a estimate. He doesn't, really care , or I wasn't worth it.

David and his crew did an excellent job on my roof in Colts Neck. He gives honest quotes, shows up on time, returns phone calls, provides sound recommendations and delivers superb quality work. During my home remodel I had other contractors comment that he is the best roofer around. He started the job when he said he would and did not leave for another until my job was finished.
Highly recommend, don’t bother even getting another quote from anyone else.

I was told by my three close friends that I must use only Dave Spader Roofing. I waited for him because they were other jobs ahead of mine. He was SO well worth the wait. I am impressed to the nth degree by his expertise, workmanship, style and demeanor. I just cannot say enough great words about the experience. He finished my roof just this past Friday and it looks beautiful. So now I am paying it forward with my advice, if you need a roof call David Spader Roofing.
