Nebraska Society-Pro Engineers Education
Providing private engineering firms with the tools and educational opportunities to be better business owners and managers. Award strives to promote the accomplishments of young engineers under the age of 30 by highlighting their engineering contributions and the resulting impact on society.

These programs, created by and oversight provided by engineers, are designed to enhance your membership investment by helping to control your firm's costs in these high cost operations areas.With a membership of over 50 firms, ACEC Nebraska is a highly focused association that advocates, educates, networks, and awards and recognizes outstanding engineering efforts of its member firms.
Services
The American Council of Engineering Companies, or ACEC, provides private consulting engineering firms with the tools and educational opportunities to be better business owners and managers. ACEC is the only national organization of engineers engaged in the practice of consulting engineering. It is comprised of 51 state and regional Member Organizations, representing more than 5,600 independent engineering firms throughout the United States.
We are all members of some team or group, both formal and informal. How well do the members of your organization or team work together? We provide resources for engineering companies to improve their business practices, efficiency, profitability and quality. ACEC/Nebraska provides opportunities for professional development at the state and national level.
The Charles Durham Achievement Award was established to recognize outstanding individuals who have contributed significantly to the profession through their leadership role in ACEC/N, professional societies, and community service organizations. The nominees shall be perceived by the profession and in their communities as leaders and demonstrate, through their civic involvement, how the quality of life in their communities has been enhanced.
