Services
Our hospital is open Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:00am - 5:00pm for surgery drop offs. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Spaying on neutering can be done at approximately 6 months of age. Your pet is given an exam prior to surgery to help determine whether your pet is healthy enough to undergo the surgical procedure.

I carried my baby to this clinic to be spayed and microchipped on 9/2/21. I will never use this clinic again and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I asked them to remove 2 tangled matts of hair (one behind each ear) while she was under anesthesia because she would be still so that I could cut it out. When I picked her up the next morning as instructed, she had dried feces all in her hair on her behind. I can understand it happening. What I can’t understand is them leaving it for her to lay in. They totally butchered her ears shaving large swaths behind them to the skin. And if that wasn’t bad

I rescued a neonatal kitten a week and a half ago from underneath the hood of a SUV at Walmart. The kitten had something serious going on with his leg and we needed him to be seen. We've been looking for a new Veterinarian (for our two dogs and now our kitty) and I did a google search, saw and read the wonderful reviews, called the office and took Grayson that same day. I couldn't be happier with our experience! Thank you so much to Dr. Ryan and staff for being so kind, compassionate, and for going above and beyond to care for our little guy. Never got to see the vet inspect my dog. Then they said she is diabetic. That's true but they never truly to time to explain things to us. Didn't have time to show us how to check our dogs glucose, ever. They gave us insulin that is better for cats. So they kept increasing her amounts. Still never got it under control. She got sick and started vomiting and it only got worse. We took her an hour away and she had to have IV fluids and antibiotics IV and after her insulin he blood sugar is great.

This vet's office worked with me every way possible to ensure that my big dog's visit was nothing but pleasant and simple. Just because we own dogs and mostly do not have dog health insurance, we can never complain about fees and such, but these were as reasonable as seeing a vet gets. I will definitely use them again.

I am so pleased and impressed beyond measure. We just moved to town recently and have been looking for a vet to bring our furbabies to. A family member recommended Clanton and I'm SO glad they did. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ryan, Angie, LVT and the staff. One of our dogs Marley came in for a full work up, blood, vaccines, etc. They addressed our concerns with his health and gave recommendations based on his age and environmental surroundings. Not only were they exceptional in answering my questions and caring for our dog, but they know that financials are important. They gave us options

Dr. Clanton and his staff are the absolute best. My small bishon, Lola, had a medical emergency and I was scared I was going to lose her. They gave her fluids, xrays, other tests and had to do surgery. She is… doing great and is her sweet cheerful self. The entire staff at Clanton Animal Hospital are friendly and caring and I will always use them for my vet.

Clanton Animal Hospital is amazing! My puppy was so sick with parvo. He was hospitalized for 4 days. The staff took amazing care of him. I received daily updates on his improvements. It’s so heartbreaking when… our pets are sick, but they made it so much easier & my guy is back to 100%. I truly could never thank them enough for getting my sweet boy back to perfect health. Picture is of him back to his goofy self one day after being released.
