We have three job foremen that have worked for us for totaling 66 years of experience. They have 15, 27 and 31 years of service with Tri-plex Painting, Inc. We pride ourselves in treating our employees the same way we treat our customers. With this continuing philosophy we ensure a good working environment for our employees that take pride in their work.
Presently all of our employees have work with us for not less then two years and average 7 years of experience with us. Jeff Lukens, President - Started painting in 1986. During my first years of painted I started as a person who performed all the preparation that was needed prior to painting. After perfecting the preparation process I learned how to protect all areas with masking paper, plastic, drops ect.

We use top of the line products, promise quality work and have incredible painters who are full time employees, and have been working for the company an average of 16 years. We work extensively with commercial and industrial coatings and continue to adapt to high quality coatings that are environmentally friendly. With our experienced crew, we continue to complete projects ahead of schedule; are up to date with safety programs, and are certified to work with lead-based paints.
At Tri-plex painting, we understand the importance of long-term relationships. As a former HOA member president, understanding the nuances of multifamily communities; the expectations of the residences, and the sensitivity of dealing with multiple homeowners can be challenging. This is the best, most thorough and quality exterior paint job that I’ve ever had. I ran a handyman company for years, I know good work when I see it.
