I just want to make this clear first...I have never met the owner Gabriel Jebb before the day I initially contacted him through a random google search approximately 3 weeks ago. But with all the negativity going on these days for one of the few times in my life ( I hardly ever write reviews and I’ve been around the block a few times! ( 2 tours combat vet USMC) I felt that someone with the class and dignity that this gentleman’s character is built with must be recognized cuz having your neighbors back is few and far between these days. ( especially in his line of work I think we will agree)

I needed a quick tow to work very last minute and they were able to get to me within 45mins!
The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get the job completed in relatively quick time for about $90 too!
We were able to talk about my car for a bit and he recommend a place to junk my car. He was not pushy at all and just heard me out on what my plan was so he offered his insight.
I would use again and recommend to anyone in his area needing a quick tow.

I hit something on the 805N and Gabriel asked if I had a spare. I advised that I thought so but traffic was flying past me and I was nervous to get out of my car. He told to to stay safe in my car and he would dispatch someone. They were there within 10 minutes. The driver Anthony was kind and professional. He had my tire changed and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I really THANK YOU SO MUCH GABRIEL. A gentleman even though he was late due to some other issues he had to deal with he took care of me and want to PERSONALLY THANK YOU. I only been here a month and don't have any male friends to assist me with mechanic issues. All I know absolute 200% PERCENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I EVER GET STUCK AGAIN I WILL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. THANK GOD HE DID NOT GIVE UP ON ME. Gabriel told me there was some difficulties going on with the drives and that was why he was late coming for me.

These guys are awesome! We are from out of town. We had to be in San Diego while my husband underwent surgery. I went to CVS to get his meds and my truck wouldn't turn back on. I called my insurance for roadside only to find out they didn't update my policy correctly and I had to find my own roadside assistance. I was already having a hard day and this all just added to it. I called and spoke to Gabriel. He got right onto the problem. The driver was so helpful and nice. He got us on the road in no time and I was able to pick my husband up from the surgical center on time.

I was skeptical about going with this place per the reviews but let me tell you, this company was top notch. Apparently it's under new ownership. Gabriel towed our truck from San Diego to lake elsinore without any issues, he gave us a killer price and his customer service was awesome. I would definitely recommend!

Let me tell you a story......My car's power steering went out and then the vehicle stalled - on a Sunday, in the middle of the road, 450 feet from my mechanic. So I called All Roadside and they told me they'd be there in 30 minutes. I had suggested that the car might just need a jump start but may need to be towed. They assured me they'd handle it once there.

It was late I'm very thankful of all roadside throwing that came at 2:00 am in the matter of 4 min wait time
He was very knowledgeable about How to throw my vehicle so he called for back up and coworker came by with a flatbed tow truck

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews but they took advantage of me and so by leaving this review i hope someone out there finds it so they don't get taken advantage of.
So i called in and they give me an estimate around $150 after they tow my vehicle they charged me over $300.
My car died on me on the 5 north and they just towed me home.
Beware the people that pick up the phone straight up lie to you. They charge a hook up fee of $65 that does not include any mileage with it (i later found out other towing companies include at least 5 miles in that initial hook up fee).

This place screwed us! We were stuck in the 805 and called them for a tow. The lady receptionist told us it would be 30-40 minutes, and that the driver was "just finishing up a job" and would be there.
45 minutes later we called to see what's up. The lady again said the driver was " just finishing up the job" and would be here in another 45 minutes. We asked why she hadn't informed us of that, and she said "oh I was just going to call you."
Because of her dishonesty we weren't able to get the car to a shop before the shop closed. We had to postpone

This place has BS written all over it.
I was serviced by the mens in the photos. They tell you 1 thing over the phone and when they pick you up they tell you something else. I got to the place and they ask me what do i want to do with my situation, do u want to fix it or sale. Didnt even offer to have it taken to my desired destination at all. Also that the "condition" of my car is consider a collision but really all i had was a "flat tire" i couldnt change my tire myself so i had them tow it to my house which is only 10 mins away from their office and they charged me $390

So I recently had a very bad medical condition that caused me not to be able to work on my flat tire from a 2001 f-150. So I called primary towing and explained the make and model in detail. They said they would be right over which they were timely. To my suprise a guy shows up in a car with no tools, etc. In my head at first I didn't care just get my spare tire down under the bed of the truck and fix it. This guy spent over and hour trying to figure out what to do even with the manuel. At the end he said sorry I can't figure it out then gave me a place he thought was mobile and

These guys were very nice, and I needed a tow so I don't really like leaving this review but it is a warning for others who may use this service in the future. I needed a tow downtown and called the guys, hoping the amazing reviews would live up to their name. Unfortunately, they did not.
When I called, I was told it would be 45 mins to an hour and I asked for the total cost and was told $115.
