(1/15/20--Have left other VMs requesting for them to contact me; no luck. Might have to get a lawyer)
(01/03/20-- even after the company's comment no one has called me for my request on 12/19/19
12/19/19--you can refund me if I paid for B19WL03173. And complete B19LA14734 ASAP.)...
Worst experience!!! Zero customer service: they don't return calls, very bad in updating on status, don't answer your questions,...
Also, gave them a blank check for a permit on a property; however, it looks like it was also used on an additional property since I received two notices to pick up plan corrections,
