As a first-time home owner. I was really unsure on the type of species of wood I wanted. AR was not just professional but patient with questions, because of my lack of knowledge with wood flooring. AR rolled with my questions.Chris the project mgr was really accomidating with my work schedule and Poncho and his assistant was really passionate about their work. Madison took care of me. She is amazing!! She explained all the pros and cons of various carpeting options that would fit my particular needs. She was very knowledgable and made sure I was taking samples (which she carried out to the car) that would fit my requirements. After a few days, she came to the house and helped me narrow my three choices down to one; she measured and took the samples back to the store. She made it easy for me. The next day I received a call to set up the installation. They came exactly when they said they would and did a beautiful job. I love my new carpeting, and I love

Got engineered hard wood flooring installed with the wood also bought from here. Right after installation started to notice multiple planks having chipped ends, splits and cracks and more planks have started developing cracks.
The contact given to discuss the issues was responsive and came down to check the cracks and splits in person and agreed the issues were a combination of bad planks and installation itself.
A product this bad to develop cracks and splits in a month should not have been sold to a customer . Even with a 20 year product warranty I was expecting not to worry about my flooring

We are very pleased with the tile work and work crew from All American (Allen, TX office). Attached are before, during, and after pictures for a fireplace facade job. They removed the drywall and replaced with hardy backing and then tiled from floor to ceiling (> 15' tall) with a 2'x4' porcelain tile. (We left a place to mount a wall TV.) One thing I was pleased about was the wall area around the work was left clean and did not not require touch-up. The crew was very helpful, courteous, and didn't damage or mess up the surrounding areas. The price was significantly less than another quote we got
