The safety and well-being of our patients has always been, and will always remain, our top priority at Wood Creek Dental. Our practice follows strict infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Dr. Dale E. Hunt graduated from West Virginia University's School of Dentistry in 1978. Immediately after graduating, he and his wife moved to Greenville and began practicing dentistry, where he became one of the top dentists in the state. He founded Wood Creek Dental in 1979, and since then, the practice has expanded to encompass his three children, his niece, and two other dentists.

He has a passion for continuing education and learning new techniques by exploring emerging technology in the dental field. Two of his primary focus areas are dental implants and sedation dentistry. He founded Meadow Creek Dental in 2017 and has worked at both our Greenville and Landrum offices. The entire Wood Creek Dental team and Hunt family believe in giving back to the community.

Every staff member at Wood Creek is amazing! They go above and beyond to give every person a relaxing and thorough experience. Felt a little something funny with my tooth over the past week or so. Wood Creek Dental confirmed it was a cavity, and I received my 3rd filling this morning (my first 2 cavities were years ago with another dentist office). No one loves dental work, but they did a great job with a topical gel before the novocaine (much better experience). There was zero pain, not even a pinch. Glad to not be worrying about this anymore with everything else going on! Big thanks to Dr. Paul and Jill!

When we moved to the area we weren't able to become a patient of the recommended dentist. So, we went to another one that we were never really happy with. It was like going to the dentist that I had 30 years ago....low tech for sure.
So I was happy to see Wood Creek build an office nearby in Landrum, SC. What did I do? I got appointments for my guinea pigs....errr, I mean my kids....to get check ups there so I could scope out the place (is that wrong?).
The first take....this is a very nice, high tech, modern, full service dental office with a really friendly and attentive staff. Doctors
