2019 Big Burrito informed me and another customer that they were trying a new steak. This steak was more salty and not appetizing at all. Management was made aware by many customers of the change in taste in food. We loved Big Burrito ate here over 20 years! Unfortunately we moved onto Fiesta Burrito in portage. It’s literally like the old way Big used to make you feel mouth full of joy. It’s unfortunate making that 20 min drive since Big is around the corner but sometimes cutting corners and getting what’s “cheaper” is not the best move. But I’m pretty sure Big is doing great on the

I've been eating here for 25 years or so and I still enjoy it. They changed meats a few years ago which i didn't care for (the new steak is gross, I liked the old stuff way better) but I still like the chorizo and pulled chicken so I keep going. Tostadas are awesome here. The Pico and chips are awesome. Green sauce got weird a few weeks ago so I hope they aren't changing that permanently too because the recipe they've used for decades is what folks like. Please don't screw up another good thing.

Been coming to big burrito for at least a decade and have always loved it. Ordered tonight the way I have been ordering it previously, due to its convenience which is a big burrito half one way half another and… I got home, they got it wrong. Called they said the chef said “they apologize to bring back the old one and be given a new one” so I went back and got the complete opposite of what I was given the first time and called again to tell them they messed up again. Got hung up on. Called back, said I wanted a THIRD replacement and I was not bringing this one back, got told

I ordered curbside pickup. It took an extra 45 min after i got there and called. When they finally brought it out they said i should have called when I got there, that my food had been ready. When I ordered I… put in the type of car and prepaid though so i don't know why I would have to call them when I got there too. The worker wouldn't give me the time of day. My food was cold and i got no sauce, even though i ordered 4. I'm not happy.
