Today I had the pleasure of talking with Mike from Alliance Community. For 2 days I had been trying to fill a script for a medication that numerous other pharmacies either couldn't find, or didn't want to spend the time to find, and Mike is getting it for me overnight!! He is terrific. Very compassionate, very professional.

WOW, just WOW! I am in total disbelief at the level of personability and customer service I just received from Mike, the owner of Alliance Community Pharmacy. I originally left a review outlining the horrible treatment I received by one of the pharmacy technicians, and after reading my review, I got a call from the owner himself!! Now WHO DOES THAT? I am very impressed at Mike's ability to listen, provide empathy, and come up with a solution to resolve my issue and frustration. I was ready to severe ties with Alliance, but thanks for amazingly caring and compassionate people like Mike, I will not

Not sure what is going on here but the prices vary hugely depending on which employee is at the register. One particular item went from $19 to $27 to $36 all within a few months. Also, it is the same situation where sometimes sales tax is charged on an item and sometimes it is not. I think an audit is needed to get the financial house in order so as to not take advantage of the customers. I will most likely switch to getting supplies from an online vendor to avoid being overcharged in the future.

Craig and the team are so incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating! I've been using Alliance for well over a year and they really do make everything so easy for you. They alert me via text and call when I have prescriptions and they always check to see if I am low on anything so I don't have to waste trips.
Also, I got prescribed PrEP and with the help of Alliance working with my insurance and with a copay (that I didn't even know about) they were able to get my my prescription at no cost to me. They really do care about their customers and are always watching out to make sure

Everyone that works there is really nice and knowledgeable but there has been a problem with many prescriptions I try to get filled there. I work long hours so it's a major inconvenience whenever I take off work early only to have them tell me they don't have my prescriptions ready for whatever reason. Multiple times I have had to get my friends pick up my prescriptions for me because the order isn't right the first time. The problem is compounded when they barely have any available hours on the weekends

After consulting with my doctor earlier this year I decided to go on PrEP. The nurse that was assisting me through the process of getting my first prescription filled recommended (actually, she told me that she was sending the prescription here) this pharmacy. My benefits are provided through CVS Caremark, so obviously I get all of my other medicines there and it was out of the ordinary for me to use a different pharmacy.

So, my doctor recommended this pharmacy, and before I had driven the few minutes between the doctor office and the pharmacy, I had received a call from the pharmacy to verify my insurance and my prescription. Every time I go in here, I am impressed by the service, positive attitude, and friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend this pharmacy, and will go out of my way to keep giving them my business!
