The home buying process is one of the most exciting, and frequently stressful, experiences you'll ever go through. If the buyer is obtaining a loan, the lender must appraise the home for at least the amount the buyer is paying. If it doesn't appraise, the lender will not agree to the loan. It is the real estate agent's job to accurately price your home based on my knowledge of your community and the "comps" of similar home sales support my recommendation.
A clean, uncluttered home is attractive to buyers. Remember, a buyer will want to envision how their furniture and belongings will fit into the home. Ask yourself if the yard is landscaped, is the home entry and front door clean and freshly painted, does your fence need paint?. Clean walkways, weed the garden, add potted plants or flowers, mow lawn, and remove from sight clutter.
Sun Lakes Country Club offers many activities for residents including swimming, tennis, fitness center, restaurant, lounge, golf. The Sunset Grill is open daily for breakfast, lunch and on Thursday and Friday for dinner. Mulligans Bar and Lounge has entertainment 3 times a week. And, happy hour is served on the north patio.
