I just had my first appointment with Dr. Darell Andrews and I cannot give enough praises to him! I’ve been having issues with my neck and back for almost 2 years now, since being pregnant and having my son. Today I had an adjustment done and it was more than I was expecting. Be careful how you spend your money!!! I requested a refund on AUGUST 11, 2019 and 15 days later I have still yet to receive my refund. I have to constantly call to request the status of my refund, finally spoke with a manager that didn't inform me they were closing for a week and so now it will be a total of 3 WEEKS before I receive a refund SMDH. Be careful who you spend your money with!!!

Everyone at this office are top notch. As soon as you walk into the door, you feel welcomed. Everyone greets me by name. Customer service is excellent - returns calls when they say. Dr. Bryant treats me like family. Dr. Andrews knows his profession and explains everything to you before, during, and after treatment - so personable. I’ll definitely continue on going treatment even after my prescribed Physical Therapy sessions have ended. I feel so good when I leave the office.
