The customer service was top notch. They called back same day when I had to leave a message. Technician was friendly, professional, and informative. Prices were reasonable. Carpets look and smell great! I now feel comfortable going barefoot in our new home. I look forward to getting my furniture and area rug cleaned in the next week or so by them!

Grossbusters always does a fantastic job! I have used them for my office building for years and finally pulled the trigger on having my home carpets cleaned. Robert did a wonderful job, my carpets look better than when I moved in 4 years ago. He got stains out that I never imagined possible. He even accommodated doing both sides of the duplex because my friend was moving in next door. This place was in rough shape and he was a miracle worker. I highly recommend Grossbusters and will use them as long as I live in the area!

Excellent customer service! Offered a new customer discount and military discount together, making an unbeatable price for such a thorough, deep clean downstairs, on the staircase, and upstairs. Robert gave us an online quote, then completed his inspection of the carpet, and measured the rooms for a more accurate cost analysis of the packages he had to offer. The total price ended up being less than the initial online quote (we chose the top service package when we saw the prices once discounts were applied. Robert provides superlative customer service. I received a call the day before to confirm the appointment and Robert called an hour before his scheduled arrival time to confirm the exact time he would arrive. And most importantly, he got spots out of the sofa I asked him to clean that I never imagined could be removed. All work was done to the highest of standards. Grossbusters in now my "go to" upholstery and carpet cleaning service.

To be 100% honest, the service was exceptional. In Washington it is hard to come across hard workers that are on time, hard working and professional but this company was all the above. I have four dogs, two toddlers and light carpet, he was able to make them look brand new as well as our couches. I highly recommend!!

Great job cleaning the older carpet in our house. I can really appreciate the fact that a pre-inspection and quote were timely and representative of the final cost, and that they were able to start work right away (or reschedule had I so desired). The quality of the work and overall job was 5 stars worthy. The only thing I can say was the dry time took a little longer than stated but I'm assuming all carpets are different - and it wasn't a problem overall.

I have used several carpet cleaners in the area and Grossbusters was BY FAR the best company I have ever used. To clean my whole house was very affordable and I was not pushed to buy more products and my carpets (even though they are old and pretty worn) looked brand new and smelled amazing. I have had other companies cut corners or leave my house smelling like wet carpet. Grossbusters left my house smelling AMAZING. The technician who came was a very nice young man who was professional and courteous.

Between all her friends and her chihuahua dog she has a lot of old pet and wine stains that previously could not come out with our regular carpet cleaner who was out of town at the time we needed it done.
Came across these guys online,checked out their very professional and informative
web site and decided to give them a call.
They took out stains that our old carpet cleaner said would not come up.
My only complaint is I had to get rid of our old carpet cleaner after this.

The crew was late to the job. They did call which was nice but because of running late they were cleaning well into dinner which didnt go over well with my son. Despite running late, they did seem to take their time. They were there for about four hours. I had a hard job, and I will admit that up front. Several stains did not come clean, which was disappointing, but understandable. I waited a week before making this review because I honestly didn't know how to rate them. My feelings are just, mixed.
