I’m a fairly new tenant of KRPM Investment Group. I’ve been living in my apartment for about four months now, however, I’ve had really great experiences so far. They are very attentive and have helped me with anything that came up. When I first moved in I noticed that I needed a few things around the apartment fixed and they sent someone the same day. I really appreciate that level of attentiveness. I also had a problem with my kitchen sink last week and someone showed up within a few hours to handle it. Overall, they are really nice people and they are super helpful. I have nothing but good

I signed up with KRPM Investment Group about three months ago. I needed a company that I could trust to manage my investment property. I can’t even begin to describe how happy I wam with them. They have been able to handle everything from finding qualified tenants, taking care of repairs, and they have made accounting so simple every month. They’re able to handle all of my needs and the peace of mind that comes with that is wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for property management services. They are fantastic.

You know, I have lived in and raised my children in my KRPM Investment Group property for many years and have never had a problem. I’m surprised to see that others are unhappy with their experience. Every time I’ve had a problem or concern they’ve always been very quick to help me. I’ve never had office staff be combative or rude in anyway. I definitely don’t want to start an argument with anyone but I can say that from my personal experience I have loved living in my unit and it’s always been a healthy environment for my children. I’m truly appreciative of everything they have done

I applied for an apartment with KRPM Investment Group and even though I wasn’t able to rent the apartment based on my credit I did have a very positive experience with them. I think people often get upset when they don’t get accepted for an apartment but I knew that was a possibility going in it. However, the people at KRPM were very nice to me and instead of just rejecting me they took the time to explain why I wasn’t able to rent from them and gave me a copy of my credit report which will be helpful in trying to repair the issues with my credit. I really appreciate their kindness and handling

More to our story his team mislead us to signing a contract ahead of our move in date , we notified him we didn't want to move forward with the unit before the contract was effective. I request my money back he didn't agree to return my money. Even though we never moved in . This place will take your money in made up fees and will tell you they can’t do anything about it after they make the fee up they don’t fix any problems you have I had 13 year old carpet that my new born was having with breathing when I asked if they can change it the lady said that’s your problem not ours she said it’s your son that has a problem not me! is this the type of place you want to raise a new born? Or any kids very shady don’t recommend living in any of theses units I told them my light went out one year ago and they still haven’t fixed it over a year with no kitchen light

I found Kristina Koukladas of KRPM Investment Group on a community Facebook page where she was highly rated and recommended. So I called her today with some fairly complicated real estate property management and tax related questions which were way above my pay grade. I found her to be extremely responsive (I love that!), forthright and extremely knowledgeable. I presented my scenario to her and I had to take quick notes; she kept the info coming!
