I really like this place a lot. I'm surprised at the negative reviews. Both Dr. Chris and Dr. Ryan are always willing to go above and beyond to try to fix what's going on with me. They're super thorough and give very good advice on how to maintain my adjustment once I leave. I don't have very much experience with the other doctor there but when I have seen him he was always very nice and respectful.

The front desk staff and doctors are very welcoming. However, in the back other than Ms. Susan and another older lady whom I've only met once. They are very unprofessional, they don't even give you the full amount of your useless treatment. I'm in more pain than when I started. Whatever it is they are doing is absolutely NOT EFFECTIVE. It's just a scam to get your insurance money. I'm seriously looking into treatment elsewhere.

I have been getting treatment from Dr. Chris and Dr. Ray for several years now. I always leave the office feeling 110% better! They have treated me for two car accidents and as a cash patient. The front desk staff are always cheerful and accommodating while scheduling my appointments. The girls in the back are always nice and make me feel comfortable during my treatments. I always recommend this office to my friends and family. They also offer ride services to patients!

I have to be honest, the front desk staff is polite, the doctors are polite and, as far as I could see, the staff in the back are polite as well. However, the services provided are not effective. I think that it is painfully obvious that the main concern is not you feeling better. The main goal is to receive money from your insurance. I'm sure everyone there has been in an accident. Not to mention, the chairs look very unclean and old and with bed bugs and things going around, it just doesn't feel like a comfortable environment.

Update i was reading the reviews about this place and a person had a issue with chris and now i see why he is a real A-HOLE that place need a whole new staff starting with Chris Y. Then those Hood rats in the back who sit back there Gossiping about people the girls who be giving the ultra sounds need to be replace all but the 2 older women that's back there👎👎👎👎👎

Sort of strange place. Has a weird vibe. Seems clean but run down at same time. Long waits to see a chiropractor even when no one there and really long if others here. Seem to move at a snails pace. Tons of TVs in waiting area but no sound. Have rap or pop dance music playing pretty loud at times. Nice staff in back therapy area and area seems clean. They let you pay for a chunk of visits which makes going to a chiropractor more affordable. Not the best adjustments but beats a blank when in pain. Only two doctors but usually only one working at a time. Would give 4+ stars for staff in back
