Planning an event can be stressful. Whether it's a Wedding, Baby Shower, Family Reunion, Birthday Party, or Anniversary, there are so many details to organize, and vendors to manage. At Testa's we strive to make every event as stress free as possible. Our dedicated, hard working staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is satisfied.
My brother, Edward Collins, sponsored a retirement party for his wife this past Saturday at your banquet facility. It was my first time being there and the first time for most of the guest who attended. It is a rare occasion that I attend a banquet facility or a catered affair where the food is even worth mentioning; but all of the guests with whom I spoke had nothing but good things to say about the food and the facility itself.
We offer two options for your ceremony. You can hold your ceremony within your reception room for $225 or you can rent our Crown Room as a separate ceremony space for $950. You will have 1.5 hours prior to the start of your event for decorating. The venue does not allow confetti, birdseed, sparklers, or smoke/fog machines.

On Saturday, 10/9/21, I held a surprise party for my husband. From the first time I visited Testa’s, I knew it was the perfect place for this event. Beautiful decor, impeccably clean, friendly and personable staff, and Enzo the owner was on top of everything. The food was delicious and the staff handled every detail. I definitely recommend Testa’s!

Love their Gourmet-To-Go! Worth checking out if you haven't already. I know it's been a rough year for banquet facilities, but Testa's has been open through it all to provide an authentic Italian food option to the people of Southington and surrounding towns. Support local and support a Southington family owned business! (My favorites are Chicken Milanese or Chicken Parm, Chicken Marsala, Pasta Fagioli, Meatball Subs, Meat Lasagna, Meatballs in Sauce (or frozen meatballs to use whenever) and the Meat Loaf!)

My daughter was married here last month in June 2019. This place was super! The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The food was really good and the portion sizes were large. Cheese, crackers, vegetables and dip was the appetizer. We started our sit down dinner with a wonderful salad, and then had meatballs, that were quite good, with pasta. Then our guests had a choice of fish, chicken with stuffing, or roast beef with a mushroom gravy. I had the fish and thought it was delicious. My husband had the chicken and loved it. My son had the roast beef and it, too, was amazing!

The facility was very poorly lit so even though it was a sunny day the pictures all came out awful - usually these events are things you want photographed and not everyone hires professional photographers with fancy equipment. Secondly the bathrooms were beyond filthy. And lastly I did not like any of the food. I would not recommend this facility for any reason.

One of the professional organizations I belong to kicked off our 2017-18 year with a dinner meeting for about 50 last night. It was our first time at Testa's and we walked away pretty darned impressed.
Our dining room was gorgeous and we used their screen and computer cables to hook up our projector. Everything worked great, as did their sound system.
The buffet dinner was a big hit- with a nice salad, sautéed vegetables, pasta, eggplant parm, roast chicken and potatoes, meatballs and bread. Dessert was a good choice of brownies and cookies.
The bartenders and staff were all super friendly

Ive been here for a wedding, a baby shower, and a bridal shower. All 3 times the food is good, not amazing, but for a banquet hall its decent. The bread is terrible but everything else was ok. They do a great job on eggplant parm and have really good sauce.
When i was in the wedding, the staff took away our drinks, complimentary bottles of wine and champagne after cocktail ended at 7, which was ridiculous. The only apps served were pepperidge farm crackers and cheese.
The staff is very nice, and the entry way was very pretty.

We had our company holiday party here recently and had an enjoyable evening! The food was good for being a banquet type venue and the meatballs were very good! Testa's definitely deserves more than a drive by... the interior is welcoming and was decorated tastefully. The staff was great and friendly and quick acting to anything that was going on. They were able to quickly help us out with a cart and extension cord for a projector.

If I could give this place 10 starts I would!! I just recently had my wedding here and I can not thank these guys enough for everything they did. Enzo, and Ashley are absolutely amazing people. Everything ran so smoothly. They pay so much attention to detail its unreal. I can not say enough good things about this place. The food, the drinks, the staff everything was just amazing. I recently had the opportunity to have my sisters bridal shower at Testa's. Every guest complimented how beautiful the venue was. The food was very delicious and the drinks were constantly refilled. Our coordinator Ashley was absolutely helpful with arranging all of the details, timing of events at the shower, and making sure the guests were all taken care of. I would highly recommend Testa's as a venue for your next event, it'll make it memorable and special!

This place barely deserves one star. I had my sisters bridal shower here because she loved how it looked. We opted to do a wine station, as the theme of the bridal shower was wine themed. The owner kept having the girls uncork the bottles of wine (which means--uncorked you have to pay). 20 bottles were uncorked for a shower of 40 women. I didn't realize we all drank a half bottle of wine to ourselves! NOT. The owner wouldn't show us the empty bottles of wine to prove that we actually consumed the wine (which, I will be honest, I never even drank WATER let alone the crappy wine that he

We had Testa's cater after my mom's funeral, and it may affect my perception, some. Hence the benefit of the doubt.
When it's catering, and it's mass quantities of food, quality suffers. ... But the sausage and peppers, the ziti... the food was in no way something I'd want to eat. It was more something I ate because it was there and it wasn't *that* bad. It was a bit bland, and it wasn't that hot.
Strictly okay.
