I contacted Carter Realty Group last year after deciding to relocate back to Illinois in June 2021. Because of Carmen's ability to listen, to understand my needs and what I was looking for in a house, I am now at home in my new house. Carmen is knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and goes 110% for her clients!! Her relationships are important, her ability to create offers that give you an edge is essential, and she won’t ever let you make a decision you will regret. She listens and provides. When other parties dropped the ball on my behalf, she stepped in and made sure I was well taken care of. She is bar none.
