Really like this website. Easy to use to send CRDN reviews and surveys to homeowners. Also like the inbox feature where you can text a homeowner without giving them your personal number. Good feature for office users. I do wish there was an automatic feature that you can schedule for reviews and surveys to go out at certain times. But overall very pleased with how this has integrated into Google reviews.

With our old web chat software, we were getting 1-2 chats per week. Now we get 5-6 per day and our clients love that we'll text them rather than sit on the website and wait for an answer. The best part is, we don't have to answer 80% of them because Robin (the A.I. software) does it from the FAQ's we created on the platform. I can't say enough great things about it! We're going to be signing up on our other businesses too.
