We have used Safe N Soft for a few years and will continue to do so. I have absolutely no complaints only complements. My carpets look brand new and my house smells wonderful. We have 3 dogs, 2 large and 1 small. There are accidents from time to time and our little dog has them more often. Safe N Soft gets the stains and smells out. We use their services once to twice a year and they have never disappointed us. I highly recommend them!!

I am extremely happy with the service I received today from Bobby at Safe N Soft. On time (actually arrived a little early), professional and courteous. After moving into a new home, I needed the carpet cleaned in the family room as well as the staircase where there were significant pet stains. I was a bit in doubt that I would get the staircase free of the stains, however, when he was finished the carpet was completely stain free!
