They canceled a few weeks ago because someone was sick and now are at my house with no face mask. When I asked him if he needed a mask he said no I have some in the truck. I called Dave and he said if you want him to wear a mask I can tell him.
It’s September 4th and we are in the red zone with a indefinite mask requirement in Kansas City Kansas and Missouri.
Dangerous and unprofessional.

Responsive and honest! We’ve used Dave Maxwell’s Heating and Cooling several times over the years and have referred him to others as well. They have always come right away and I feel they have always done quality work at a fair price. I’ve never felt they recommended unnecessary work. Great to work with!

2 years ago during a mid July heat wave my air conditioner quit working. I contacted Dave Maxwell's Heating & Cooling. A technician was sent out the same evening. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day. The pricing was considerably less than I expected. I was so impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work, I currently have them coming out every spring and fall to do preventative maintenance on my a/c and furnace. All of Dave Maxwell's Heating & Cooling technicians are well qualified, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend this company for all your

I called Sunday morning and he was at my house within 30 mins, had the parts I needed in his truck, and completed the job in less than 2 hours. Before he left he also did some quick preventive maintenance and work and inspection of the system that was above and beyond what was expected. All of this for almost $250 less than I paid for the same service 4 years ago from another company. Great family business!
