Just got some fantastic advise over the phone from Michael in customer service and he offered for me to show up in person to show me the situation on my vehicle. I took him up in it and didn't regret it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate the service and plan to come here for all my servicing car needs.

After an area competitor wasted many days of my time and money I had my car transported to Wilson Tire where they were at the ready to repair/replace the tire during their busy spring season.
Michael was proactive to the situation and ordered the tire instantly before he even knew if it needed to be replaced to save the. They did end up needing to replace it, but did so very quickly.
Town Fair Tire didn't even inspect the tire when I delivered it, claimed to order it, yet 5 days later couldn't even confirm it was ordered or in the building.
Thank you to Michael and the team at Wilson Tire Lebanon

I have taken one of my cars to Wilson's previously and was happy with the service. They were friendly and prompt. I will have to use them again in the future due to convenience. They are not, however, following guidelines regarding Covid-19. Not all employees are wearing mask and thus not helping to protect their customers. Where you pay, the woman has no mask, there is no arrangement for payment without being exposed to her. She doesn't seem to understand that talking can spread the virus. Management should require staff to use mask.

Caveat Emptor should not be far from mind when dealing with Wilson Tire.
Purchased top of the line snow rated tires in early 2019. They never seemed quite right and the car was returned three times for wheel balancing. When the car was inspected in November 2019 (local garage) the owner stated that one of the tires appeared defective and was wearing remarkably fast. Took the car (Ford Escape) back to Wilson and that's when storytime started. The service manager came out to look at the tires. Sure enough the right rear had worn twice as fast as the other three. The guy then starts with the

My mother-in-law went here with a flat tire a week ago. They said the flat could not be repaired because the puncture was too close to the sidewall. It was on the tread about an inch from the sidewall. They said they could not assume the risk of a repair and suggested instead that she buy four tires from them for over $800. Four tires because one was not possible due to the wear on the other three.
I suggested she call the Co-op Service Center to see if they could fix it and they did, free of charge, the same day.

These guys are awesome. Following having been up overnight at Dartmouth with a dying family member, I got out to my car to discover a horrible rattling noise and a windshield wiper that had broken (of course, on a rainy day, with a 3 hour trip to get home). Wilson was the nearest mechanic, they took us right in, resolved both issues quickly, efficiently and very cost effectively. Being at their mercy, 3 hours from home and unexpected car issues, I was expecting an exorbitant bill - they didn't even charge me labor, just the cost to replace my wipers.

Came for tires got a new scratch
I brought my car into Wilson tire to get 4 new tires and a state inspection. They did a great job with the tires and inspection, but I got the car back with a bad scratch on the drivers side door. The scratch was not there when I dropped the car off yesterday afternoon.
Sure what's another a scratch you say, who cares? Well, I am showing the car to a potential buyer this afternoon. Two days ago I took extensive pictures of the car, especially all of the scratches/dents etc as I want to be transparent with potential buyers. While they would have still denied

Got my snows put on today - one of the busiest days of the year for them. I went prepared for a long wait knowing it would be busy. They warned me it could be three hours if I was waiting. They got it done in about two. In the meantime I sat in their comfortable waiting room with free wi-fi, lots of magazines, work stations, and coffee. Bathrooms are very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Michael at the service desk is just great. May not be the cheapest price in town but for these reasons I keep going back.

This is the worst tire/service place in the area. Its popularity seems to stem from the fact that they have a large, comfortable waiting room. Well, it's a good thing they do because if you go here for service, you're going to get to know it well.
First, They don't take appointments. This is one of the most baffling and frustrating things a car-service place can do. What? Can you imagine if your dentist didn't take appointments? So, you have to either get there at 0-dark-30 and be one of the people waiting in line for the door to open (are they selling Springsteen tickets

I got a flat tire so I needed to replace it. I called over five places in the area to compare prices, and Wilson Tire was the cheapest. When I went back to get my car, I noticed that they had placed my spare tire, along with all the tools (jack, wrench, etc) neatly inside my trunk underneath in the proper compartment underneath. This was a huge plus for me. Great service and knowledgeable staff to answer my questions.

As a Californian city girl, I knew I had a steep learning curve when moving to the Upper Valley. While most people have been helpful, Wilson Tire was not.
I had to get snow tires for our car (which I figured should be pretty standard, everyone and their mother has an SUV here) and I called ahead, they said to come in. With terror, I drove through slick snow to get here - only to realize that they didn't have the tires I would need in stock. Okay, so you'd think the next step was to order it shipped and schedule a date for getting them mounted.
Uh, no. The guy at Wilson Tire told

I've taken my car(s) here for years. They do good, honest business and have friendly service. One thing I really like is that the mechanic that has been working on your car usually comes out and talks to you about what he saw while he was doing the work. The mechanic or manager might have some immediate or future suggestions for repair and does a good job explaining (or even taking you out and showing you) what he's talking about, so you know he's not just making something up. While this might seem like they're trying to sell you something, it's always done in a friendly

Okay, so I think this is place I went to. I was in the area for business and I had some time to spare, so I popped in to see if they could fix my tail light that has been out for a month (amazing that I somehow managed not to get pulled over...). I also decided to get an oil change.
Right, so they took my keys and I took a seat in their awesome waiting area filled with magazines, a TV, and free wi-fi. I was updated on the progress at several points during my wait (which was a little less than an hour). The employees were all very helpful and considerate to my serious lack of car knowledge.
