It was great working with Ann. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, helped find my dream property, and walked me through each step of the process. She also sold my house over the course of a weekend with multiple offers over asking price. She was always available to answer my many questions and made this somewhat trying process easy. I would definetly use Ann if I were buying or selling another house.

Super Professional. We wanted to buy a piece of property near our grandkids, son and daughter in law. Whenever we take the 1,200 mile trip from Florida to Texas, we do what the kids and grandkids want to do. We visit a variety of places but not with an intent to buy anything. I bought a historic home in downtown Bastrop and Ann Van Zandt was my Realtor. She was very knowledgeable of the real estate market and of historic homes. Ann was the best Realtor I have ever worked with and I’ve bought numerous homes. She spent a lot of time researching the history of the house and of historical requirements for my planned remodel.
