Radiant barrier is a barrier against heat transfer by radiation. Over the years, radiant barrier products evolved into what we have today, reflective foil insulations. These products consist of two layers of pure aluminum foil separated by low density material which is mostly comprised of air.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Stay away at all costs. Move on to someone else. Presents himself as a good Christian, but will not back up his work. Eventually, phone calls went unanswered and the problem persisted. Over 8 years later, I am still dealing with the issues he made worse on my roof. In retrospect, I should have sued him. Did I mention, stay away?

Being associated with the construction industry, I understand what it takes to successfully complete a residential or commercial project. Dennis did an amazing project for a client of ours in central city at a really good price. I was surprised to see some of these reviews and writing someone a one star review for failing to provide an estimate? That is crazy and wrong. That person seems pretty wound tight and maybe Dennis got the vibe that it wasn't a good project to take. I would recommend using Dennis and plan to continue to use him on projects in the future.
